Smallo's tools are free. You can use them for your own business and for your clients. Please do not copy the site, resell the tools or overload the service with automated requests.
Estimates, not advice
Results are estimates based on the data you enter and common formulas. They are not legal, tax, accounting, payroll or financial advice. Tax rates, wage rules and laws vary by state and change over time, so check important results with a professional.
Documents you create
Invoices, quotes, receipts and other documents are simple templates. You are responsible for their content and for meeting the requirements that apply to your business. They are not official tax forms.
